We represent a fleet of over 300 yachts for customs & VAT purposes with a portfolio value over 2 billion €. With our exclusive single VAT registration solution, our group assists clients chartering in Spain, France, Italy, Croatia and Greece.

Alex advises both on tax and customs matters on yacht and aircraft purchases, owning and operational structures. He has worked for top-tier foreign broker companies, yacht management, legal firms, aircraft operators and foreign investors, most of which remain regular clients.

Alex is member of the board of directors of the Spanish Business Aviation Association and co-chair of the European Business Aviation Association tax committee. He is founding member of the Barcelona Nautical Cluster and its tax committee, where has been working for the improvement of the Spanish tax landscape on the amendment of the existing tax regulations.

He is actively works in collaborative projects and is the founder of “The Superyacht and Aviation Think Tank” a group discussion with more of 140 VAT and customs specialists of across Europe. He regularly speaks at superyacht and business aviation industry conferences worldwide.
